    The Sonoran Preserve Day 34

    This is after the Big Crash you will see below. On day 34 I just wanted to keep going like Forest Gump. This does get a little dangerous so I do not recommend it for the novice. But thse are the challenges that started the whole series. Do you Mountain Bike? Well this is pretty tame then LOL

    I have been told I looked much older 5 years ago

    I certainly was a lot heavier by about 40 lbs. This exercise is good for the bllod pressure but I never lost a pound during 6 challenges. I also ate like a line backer LOL 

    If only I had had Copper back then?!!!

    In this one you will not believe I did not break my leg. I pounded it against a big jutting rock. Took 2 months to heal using Hya-Luronic Acid capsules.

    Interviewing and hosting over the last 2 decdades has been both rewarding and Educational! 

    Making videos and short movies has been a real learning curve. As of 2019 I have done these challenges and each one a little different experience.

    The idea is to raise your heart rate everyday for 31 days and each day attempt to beat your  best from the day prior. If you miss a day? You have to start all over. I challenge you!

    On the 17th day I damaged my knee. On the 31st Day it was 119degrees Mission Accomplished!
